Dr. Sara Swanson graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2001. In 2002, she completed a Fellowship with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association that offered additional education for treating children and pregnant patients, including a certification in the Webster Technique. Prior to attending NWHSU, she graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Before joining the team at Bloomington Wellness, her experience included private practice, clinical research, and most recently, practice integrated into HealthPartners primary care clinics.

Dr. Sara’s goal with patients is to partner with them to develop the most effective plan to get them feeling better and keep them that way. Patient education is a key part of reaching that goal.

Dr. Sara grew up in the St. Cloud area, St. Joseph, to be exact. She and her husband Marc have lived in Bloomington since 1999, where they have enjoyed raising their 2 kids, Isabella and Noah. In her spare time, she loves home projects, spending time with her family, and planning yet another family trip to Disney World.
